📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee a team of 5-7 sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory levels using Salesforce and other inventory management tools to ensure stock availability and minimize waste.
• Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports to the regional manager.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge among the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of consumer goods and retail operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other retail management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
