📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules and work instructions.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and other relevant food safety regulations.
• Train and mentor production team members.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure smooth production flow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in frozen food production management.
• Certification in HACCP and food safety (e.g., IFS, SQF, BRC).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Familiarity with production planning and control software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
