The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train a team of therapists and staff to maintain high standards of customer service and treatment quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure consistency in brand image and service standards across all outlets.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a similar therapeutic or wellness setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using basic computer software and familiar with inventory management systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs, with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively in a diverse environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Valid ID card and work permit for the placement location.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
