Pratama Shipping is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Counter to join our team in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who can start right away.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our shipping services and helping them make informed decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about shipping services.
  • Assist customers with booking and scheduling shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Promote our shipping services to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
