📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Report on project status to stakeholders and management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.,Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that exceed expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
