This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee operations in high-end spa outlets across Bali, including locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As the Outlet Manager, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. With a competitive salary ranging from Rp 8,000,000 to Rp 12,000,000 per month, this position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to make a significant impact in the hospitality industry.

In this role, you'll manage daily operations, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service. You'll also be responsible for training and developing your team, implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Train and develop staff to uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products and services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and industry standards.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or spa industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end spa outlets or similar establishments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of industry software and tools, such as POS systems, CRM software, and inventory management systems.
• Certifications in hospitality management or related fields are a plus.
