As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network and server infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and maintaining network and server infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios.
Troubleshooting and resolving network and server issues.
Ensuring the availability and performance of network and server infrastructure.
Implementing and maintaining network security measures.
Documenting network and server configurations and changes.
Providing technical support to internal and external clients.
Participating in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network and server monitoring.
Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations and server administration.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or MCSE are a plus.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios.
Experience with server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
