📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide procurement insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee the procurement team and provide guidance and support to team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on logistics and transportation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
