CV Cendrawasih Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Klaten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles and drivers, including regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, such as fuel suppliers and repair shops.,Train and mentor junior fleet coordinators and drivers to ensure the highest standards of performance and safety.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet operations, providing timely and effective solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and experience with commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Klaten.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
