Direct Max Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
