📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Providing technical support to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware.,Monitoring system performance and ensuring data security.,Assisting in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Providing training and support to end-users.,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and help desk systems.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise technical support.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
