📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR department.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
