Makmur Lestari Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in achieving our financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Support the finance team in financial analysis and decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit VAT and tax returns on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
