Space Home Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee employee benefits and wellness programs.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
