As the Headmaster at Seven Retail Group's Sparks Preschool in Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the preschool. You will work closely with a team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure that our students receive the highest quality of care and education. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
• Develop and implement educational programs and curricula that align with early childhood development standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a supportive and engaging learning community.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to educators to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, communicating regularly about their child's development and progress.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators, providing professional development and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for early childhood education.
• Represent the preschool at community events and conferences, building our brand and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, and ClassDojo.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources for a preschool setting.
