Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Managing the company's financial performance and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Leading and motivating the management team to achieve targets.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Overseeing human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
