As a Finance Specialist at Mowilex Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, handling petty cash, and managing tax administration. You will work closely with our accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth finance operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
• Handle petty cash and manage cash flow
• Manage tax administration, including VAT, income tax, and other tax obligations
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a logistics or supply chain company
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
