📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the monthly closing process, including journal entries, adjusting entries, and closing entries.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Participate in audits and reviews, providing support to the audit team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
• Support the Finance & Accounting team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
