📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of event professionals, ensuring the successful execution of bazaars, exhibitions, and pop-up events.
• Develop and implement innovative event concepts and strategies to enhance brand engagement and visibility.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and services for event execution.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and budget management.
• Monitor event performance metrics and provide insightful post-event analysis to inform future event planning.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event activation strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of success.
