Warung Lestari Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health center, ensuring that we provide high-quality healthcare services to our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for improving the health and well-being of our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of healthcare services provided to patients.,Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the health center is compliant with all relevant regulations.,Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement long-term plans for the health center.,Represent the health center at community events and meetings, promoting our services and building relationships with local organizations.,Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that the health center is financially stable, by managing budgets and tracking expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, with a preference for experience in a similar health center setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and community members.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and other relevant tools.,A passion for improving the health and well-being of the community, and a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.,Fluency in Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
