📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the agency network in China and North Asia, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing revenue potential.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships with local agencies.
Monitor and analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment with global shipping and logistics objectives.
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
Leverage CRM software such as Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track interactions.
Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into market trends and customer behavior.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay updated on the latest developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency network management or a similar role in the shipping and logistics industry.
Proven track record of managing and growing agency networks.
Strong understanding of the shipping and logistics industry, with a focus on China and North Asia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
