SingHealth Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. This role is based in Canggu, Bali, and offers a competitive salary package. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bali while contributing to a global healthcare organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit administration.,Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.,Process and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and ensure timely payment of salaries.,Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.,Provide payroll support to employees and managers, addressing any payroll-related queries or concerns.,Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates in the payroll system.,Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.,Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
