📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
