📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee project finances, ensuring timely and accurate financial tracking and reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial guidance and support to project managers and teams.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance operations and project management.,Proven track record of managing finance operations and projects in a high-growth environment.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
