Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships with stakeholders,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis,Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to clients,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures,Monitor and control financial risks and compliance with regulations,Lead and mentor junior team members,Participate in business development activities and sales initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using financial software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Leadership and team management experience,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
