📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and well-organized retail environment.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the retail strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing retail outlets and teams.,Strong understanding of customer service and satisfaction metrics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
