In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Manage cash flow and banking operations.,Handle audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving financial goals and targets.
