📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes and products.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Assist in special events and promotions by preparing unique pastries and desserts.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create and bake a variety of pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
