Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and networks,Providing technical support to end-users,Managing and updating software and hardware,Ensuring data backup and recovery procedures,Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues,Assisting in the implementation of new IT solutions,Collaborating with other IT team members to improve IT processes,Participating in system upgrades and maintenance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and independently
