Up Plus Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our operations in Banyumas and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow in Banyumas.,Managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.,Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock.,Providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business culture is a plus.
