📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Provide financial support to the project team, including advice on financial matters and assistance with financial planning.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the financial health of projects.
• Participate in financial audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
