📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers,Monitor and report on distribution performance metrics,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Participate in training and development programs,Support the team in achieving sales targets and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to travel for business purposes
