📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.,Ensure food is prepared and served on time.,Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Experience in Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
